Who we are

What we collect
We collect personal information only when you send it to us through the quote form or the contact form:
- Your name, company, email address and phone number
- The shipment details you enter, such as pickup and delivery locations, dates, and the size and weight of the freight
- Any message you write
To block spam and abuse, the form also records the page it was sent from, the type of browser used, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address. The scrambled value cannot be turned back into the IP address.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your request, prepare a quote, and arrange and deliver your shipment if you book one. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share shipment details with others only when moving the freight requires it, for example with the driver or the receiver, and with the companies that host this website and deliver our email.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not show ads. Pages load without third-party trackers. If we add a visitor statistics tool in future, we will list it here first.
How long we keep it
Requests that our filters mark as spam are deleted automatically after 30 days. Genuine requests are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and are then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@supremetrux.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored in a database that only authorised staff can open, and access to the website's administration area is restricted and logged.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
